Yuyang Long, PhD, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Environment at Zhejiang Gongshang University. He is the leader of Young and Middle-aged disciplines in Zhejiang Province's universities, the director of the Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Solid Waste Treatment and Recycling, the director of the Zhejiang Engineering Research Center of Non-ferrous Metal Waste Recycling, the expert of the Chemical and Waste Environmental Management Think Tank of the Basel Convention Asia Pacific Regional Center, and the executive director of the Zhejiang Association for Circular Economy. His main research direction is the utilization, treatment and disposal of solid waste. He has been funded four times by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He also has won the third prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of China Federation of Commerce Science and Technology Progress Award as the first recipient. He has published over 100 SCI indexed papers as the first or corresponding author, and authorized more than 20 invention patents.
