Gao Ming is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is Fujian Federation of Social Science Circles leading talents, Fujian provincial universities New-century outstanding talents, and vice president of Fujian Provincial Economic Association. He was recognized as provincial high-level talents by Fujian Province. He is head of the PhD program in Policy Science and Innovation in Government Management. He in charge of bachelor's, master's, doctor's and postdoctoral studies in key universities. He has published more than 120 papers, including 45 CSSCI, SCI or SSCI source academic journals .
