Dr.Liqiang CHEN, Associate Professor, School of Cultural Tourism and Public Administration, Fujian Normal University, is a high-level existing talent in Fujian Province. She has a solid research foundation in the field of urban mineral resources, and has participated in two general projects of the National Social Science Foundation and a number of provincial and ministerial projects. By sorting out the whole process of urban mineral development and utilization, she has built a collaborative system involving multiple parties, and carried out studies on collaborative indicators, dynamic decision-making behaviors and the stability of collaborative networks. Research results have been published in Systems Engineering Theory and Practice, Management Review, Journal of Environmental Management, Resource, she has published many high-level papers in domestic and international journals such as Conservation & Recycling, Sustainable Cities and Society, and Waste Management.
