He has organized the upgrading and construction of the National Hazardous Waste Engineering Technology Center, undertaken more than 30 national key scientific research projects such as the implementation of the POPs Convention, national science and technology research, 863 projects, and environmental protection public welfare projects, presided over the completion of more than 20 national standards and norms such as the "Hazardous Waste Incineration Pollution Control Standards". He won more than 10 scientific and technological progress awards at all levels, and published 10 books.
