Prof. Furong XIU

Xi'an University of Science and Technology
Furong Xiu is a professor/doctoral supervisor of Xi'an University of Science and Technology. He was selected into the New Century Outstanding Talents Support Plan of Fujian Universities. His research mainly focuses on the pollution control and resource conversion of plastic waste and e-waste. He has presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation projects, key projects of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Department, key projects of Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Department. He has published more than 80 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author in academic journals such as Journal of Hazardous Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, Waste Management, Journal of Cleaner Production. 5 papers have been selected as highly cited papers in ESI database, and nearly 20 Chinese national invention patents have been authorized.
