Xiong Jian, Associate Professor & Master’s Supervisor, School of Ecology and Environment, Xizang University, Young Talent of Xizang Autonomous Region, Young Scholar of Xizang University. She also serves as Member of the New Energy Expert Group, Expert Committee of China Energy Society, and Young Editorial Board Member of Green Mine Journal. Her research mainly focuses on the preparation of environmental functional materials, resource utilization of organic solid waste, and biomass energy. She has published more than 20 academic papers in journals including ChemSusChem and Biomass & Bioenergy, obtained 4 authorized patents and 2 software copyrights. She has presided over 10 projects in total, including the Regional Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects of the National Key R&D Program, Key R&D Program of Xizang Autonomous Region, and Central Government-guided Local Projects. She has won 1 Second-Class National Teaching Achievement Award and 2 First-Class Provincial and Ministerial Teaching Achievement Awards.
