Wang Changlong, Ph.D., Professor, Ph.D./Master's Supervisor.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Forming and Control Engineering from Qinghai University, with a minor in Business Administration. He earned a Master of Engineering in Material Processing Engineering from Central South University, a Ph.D. from Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier (France), and completed postdoctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research, Germany.

His research primarily focuses on high-value solid waste treatment, strategic metal recycling, and the development of high-performance photoelectrocatalytic materials. As first author or corresponding author, he has published over 50 research articles in internationally renowned journals including J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., and Adv. Mater.. He has applied for/been granted 10 national invention patents.

Prof. Wang serves as a reviewer for over 40 international journals (including Adv. Mater.) and is a Youth Editorial Board Member for journals including The Innovation, Exploration, Advanced Powder Materials, and Sustainable Horizons. He has led or participated in national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Key R&D Program of China. He has delivered numerous invited presentations at international conferences and was selected for high-level talent introduction programs (Beijing and national levels). He was elected as a Nanoscale Emerging Investigator and a Fellow of the Vebleo Society
