He is a Leading Academic Talent of Tianjin Higher Education Institutions, Deputy Director of Biomass Energy Committee of Tianjin Renewable Energy Society, and Editorial Board Member of Environmental Sanitation Engineering. He has presided over more than 10 national and provincial research projects. He has published over 90 papers in journals applied for more than 60 national patents (22 authorized), and authored one monograph.
