Luo Dongning (Ms.) is a Senior Supervisor at the Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Management Department of China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group). Her primary responsibilities cover solid waste pollution prevention and resource recycling, as well as soil and groundwater pollution prevention and control management for Sinopec Group. She serves as an expert member in multiple national environmental committees, including: the Expert Pool for Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Evaluation under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment; the Expert Review Panel for Groundwater Ecological Environmental Protection Fund Projects; the National Standardization Technical Committee for Environmental Protection Industry; and the Expert Committee for "Zero-Waste City" Construction under the All-China Environment Federation. She participated in the design, organization and implementation of China’s first pilot "Zero-Waste Group" initiative and contributed to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment’s pilot program for in-operation enterprise soil and groundwater pollution risk control and remediation.
