Mr.Carlos Silva Filho has been working in Waste Management since 1999. He is the president of the Center of Excellence for Circular Economy and Climate Change of Latin America and the Caribbean – CECC/LAC and a member of the United Nations Secretary General’s Advisory Board on Zero Waste. He is also Honorary Member and President of ISWA - The International Solid Waste Association (2020-2024), President of the Brazilian Institute of Solid Waste and Founding partner of S2F Partners.
